Who Am I?

A vital part of the Windermere team, Joyce has been a real estate professional in Pierce County for over 3 years. Joyce was born in Pasadena, CA and raised in Ventura County and has spent 18 years in Print, Direct Mail and Marketing. Joyce has worked with Fortune 500 companies to launch catalogs and raise monies for the Non-Profit sector. Her clients benefit greatly from her knowledge of the area and her project management skills and marketing knowledge. My Family

My mom, Tressie was a Realtor in So. California and my Dad was a Broker/General Contractor. So I was raised in the industry. My baby is Honey, a lively Shitzu/Jack Russel mix who keeps us laughing. I live in Gig Harbor and love it. I was born in Pasadena, CA and lived in So. California until 2005.

What I love to do in my spare time!

I love music and theater. I enjoy volunteering for different organizations to give back to the community and feel that it is an important part to share my knowledge and talents with them. I participate with Windermere Professional Partners in our Community Service Day. I am a member of the TPCAR New Members Committee and part of the first Leadership Academy thru TPCAR. I am a past board member of the Seacliff Organization where I live.
